The Enterprise Service Program (ESP) provides customers a more cost-effective opportunity to purchase a program to meet all of your enterprise GIS and IT requirements throughout the year. There are two options based on number of points and hours available for small-to-medium and large GIS and IT operations and business requirements. Customers can then use these points to purchase Professional Services, Training and Support.
You will work with an ESP Plan Advisor who will help you to define business and technical objectives by documenting a strategic plan specifically tailored to your enterprise GIS and IT requirements. Then the Plan Advisor will correlate the required Professional Services, Training and Support required to meet these requirements.
The Program Includes What It Can Be Used For
Plan Advisor A Plan Advisor is at your disposal to help you throughout the whole enterprise GIS and IT process from start to finish. They will start with establishing your business objectives and then put together a Strategic Plan and System Architecture Design for your enterprise GIS and IT operations.
A Plan Advisor will schedule a Planning Meeting on a yearly basis, this will be done through a series of webcasts over one to two days or at the customer's site (at additional cost). The Plan Advisor will then meet with the customer to define a clear path forward to successful enterprise GIS operations. The Planning Meeting is an organizational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment. The outcome of the Planning Meeting will be a Strategic Plan, or a revised Strategic Plan, created by the Plan Advisor.
Strategic PlanThe Strategic Plan will be a work-in-progress document that will be maintained over the course of the enterprise GIS and IT Program lifecycles by customer and Plan Advisor, the actions needed to achieve those goals and all of the other critical elements developed during the planning exercise. This document becomes the guide which is used to define Program Lifecycles throughout the enterprise GIS Program, identification and management off their associated project activities and how each of these project activities map to Professional Services, Training and Support requirements to be completed successfully.
The Enterprise Service Program options are based purchasing points that have an hour value association for each activity. These points provide a lower-cost method for customer's to purchase Professional Services, Support and Training from PriorIT Consulting, LLC. The Service, Support and Training Points value are assigned to each activity based on the following table below:
